Recombinant heavy and light chains of anti-VEGF-A monoclonal Ab Fab fragment were produced in Pichia pastoris. Reconstruction of Fab fragments was verified by anti-Fab Ab and a split system. An electrochemical setup was used to test the interaction of the reconstructed Fab fragment with VEGF-A.
